The summer vacation season is approaching and many people plan to travel abroad.
While it is important to play in an unfamiliar tourist destination, you should not forget to get health information for a healthy and safe trip.
Let's find out about health information that foreign travelers need to know.

 1. Healthy overseas travel is the first step, "Collection of destination information"
For a healthy overseas trip, you need to acquire enough information about your destination before you travel. Preparations may vary depending on the purpose of your trip, waypoints, trip dates, place of residence, history, vaccinations, etc. When traveling to famous resorts or large cities, the probability of endemic diseases is low, but you need to take careful precautions when you go backpacking or missions trips. You can find disease information that is prevalent overseas through the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (www.cdc.gov/travel).

 2. Items and precautions to be taken when traveling overseas
In addition to immunizations, there are other medicines such as antipyretic drugs, medicines and disinfectants, long-sleeved clothes for preventing insects and mosquitoes, mosquito repellents and mosquito nets. During the trip, you should eat boiled or commercialized water, and avoid barefooted outings. Do not swim or bathe in rivers, lakes, etc., and be careful not to get in contact with contaminated fluids.

3. Emergency medicine is essential
- Emergency medicine such as cosmetics and bandages is essential. I also get diarrhea, constipation, cold, and sickness medicine.
- If you change the water or food, you may get stomach pains, so prepare your dressing system.
- If you have high blood pressure, diabetes, or cardiovascular chronic disease, you should consult your doctor before you leave to get your medicine prescribed.

You can reduce your immigration procedures by keeping the medication in a container, keeping it separate, and identifying the ingredient or name of the medication in a well-visible place. Especially, if you have a lot of capacity, you may get suspicion when you search for immigration.

 4. Pre-vaccination is also available in advance
- India, Southeast Asia, Northeast Asia - Cholera, dysentery, hepatitis A and other infectious diseases can be a problem.
- It is recommended that you take the Hepatitis A vaccine 2 weeks before your trip to Southeast Asia.
- Africa, Southeast Asia, Central and South America - You need to take anti-malarial drugs.
- Sub-Saharan Africa and Central and South America - Yellow fever vaccination is required. If you do not have a vaccination certificate, you may be denied entry.

5. Take care of your health even after you have traveled
If you have symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, vomiting, jaundice, swollen lymph nodes, skin rash, or ulcer in your penis within 3 months of traveling abroad, you should immediately visit the hospital and make sure that you travel.
